The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a hairdryer, iron, fridge, coffee machine. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and a 24-hour pharmacy. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist guests, even mailing postcards for them. The courtyard was a delightful feature, and the parking area was nice.

The night staff were helpful, friendly, and fun. The nearby jazz club was great. Restaurants are plentiful within walking distance. The staff brought in pillows for my mother and were kind in assisting her. The breakfast buffet and courtyard were nice features.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect for the event we were attending. It was in a great neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were courteous, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It felt like we were staying in a European boutique hotel with the personalized service they offered. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to tea and coffee facilities. The in-room safe and free toiletries were a nice touch. We also appreciated the sitting area and dining table in the room, which added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were great for entertainment purposes. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, quality, and service.
We highly recommend this hotel to families.
